Your Responsibility

You are booking an admission ticket deposit and coach travel option. You will pay a £75.00 deposit per admission ticket and the full price of each coach ticket selected.

All ticket balances will be payable in the first week of April 2025 from 9:00 BST Tuesday 1st April - 23:59 BST Monday 7th April 2025, when you will also be able to book Refund Protection.

If you have not paid your balance by 23:59 BST on 7th April 2025, or you decide to cancel your deposit, you will be charged an administration fee of £25.00 per ticket and £15.00 per coach ticket. You will be refunded £50.00 per deposit and your coach fare less the £15.00 admin fee.

You will be sent a reminder email when the deadline is approaching. However, ultimately you are responsible for paying your ticket balance.

    In booking a ticket and attending Glastonbury Festival, you accept the Festival’s terms and conditions of entry. It is important you read and understand these terms and conditions, but we particularly want to highlight the Festival’s environmental policies and standards which everyone attending the Festival is required to uphold.

    By completing your ticket booking you agree that you will:

    • Treat the fields and the people in them with kindness and respect.
    • Only use the toilets provided and not pee on the land.
    • Dispose of rubbish carefully using the correct bins.
    • Keep and leave your campsite tidy.
    • Take all your belongings/camping gear home with you again.

  • Under 16s must be accompanied to the Festival by a responsible adult (who must be aged 18 or over, who would usually be the parent, carer or legal guardian).

  • Coach Travel - Important Information

    Before confirming this booking, please read the below carefully:

    • If you book a ticket with coach travel option you must travel on the coach in order to receive your Festival ticket.
    • No physical tickets will be sent out in advance.
    • Your Festival tickets will be handed out to you at a random point during the journey. You will need to provide on request both your coach tickets and proof of identification.
    • All coaches will travel to the Festival site either on WEDNESDAY 25th JUNE 2025 or THURSDAY 26th JUNE 2025. If you have purchased a return ticket, you will be returning home on MONDAY 30th JUNE 2025.
    • Where journey times are not stated, you must be available to travel at any point on your chosen day (AM/PM). Your departure time will be confirmed on your E-Ticket. Requests for specific or alternative times cannot be facilitated as it is not possible to assign people to specific services or times.
    • All departure times / points will be released to you no later than 30 days prior to the event.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be required to collect your tickets at the box office. You will be contacted no later than 1 week prior to the event via email if this is the case.
