IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COACH TRAVEL

If you have not paid your balance by 23:59 BST on 7th April 2025, or you decide to cancel your deposit, you will be charged an administration fee of £25.00 per ticket and £15.00 per coach seat. You will be refunded £50.00 per deposit and your coach fare less the £15.00 admin fee. You will be sent a reminder email when the deadline is approaching. However, ultimately you are responsible for paying your ticket balance.

Only your coach tickets will be sent in advance to you and in the form of an E-Ticket. By booking this ticket you understand that Festival entry tickets will be distributed to each individual passenger mid journey on the coach. So if you book as a group, all entry tickets will be separated into individual orders per passenger. It is not possible to cancel part of the booking - if you are unable to travel on your allotted coach you will need to cancel your ticket booking.

A SINGLE journey option means you are NOT eligible to return on any See Coach on Monday 30th June. A RETURN journey means you will be returning back to your chosen departure point on Monday 30th June 2025.

All passengers including children aged 12 and under, and passengers attending the Festival on a PA ticket issued by the Festival’s Access team, must purchase a valid coach ticket in order to travel. You can select the additional coach seats you require on the next page.

See Tickets cannot guarantee all coaches will have wheelchair access and storage facilities. If you require wheelchair access or wheelchair storage you must contact coachtravel@seetickets.com and accessibility@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk by the 30th April 2025 to ensure the appropriate facilities can be provided.

Where departure times are not stated, you must be available to travel at any point (AM/PM) during the specific day you have selected. Your departure time will be confirmed on your coach E-Ticket. Requests for specific or alternative times cannot be facilitated as it is not possible to assign people to specific services or times. All departure times / points will be released no later than 30 days prior to the event.

Please be aware that all journey times are approximate - delays are often expected due to the high volume of traffic around the Festival site and other circumstances out of our control. Whilst we will make every reasonable attempt to mitigate this where possible, delays to your journey are highly likely.

If you have selected a RETURN TRAVEL option, please note: In order to facilitate a speedy departure from the Festival site on Monday 30th June 2025, See Coaches reserve the right to board passengers outside of scheduled departure times, should seats be available on alternative services.

You will be emailed a full copy of our terms and conditions and additional journey information upon completion of the booking. This information will also be printed on your official coach ticket.
